Job Description: My client is a well-established manufacturer looking for
an Accounting Manager for their facility just north of Cincinnati. This is
a tremendous opportunity for the right individual looking for a career
track with promotion to a controller position within 2-5 years.
Responsibilities include reporting monthly results, forecasting, and a
variety of cost accounting projects.
Requirements: The successful candidate must possess 3-5 years accounting
experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be highly motivated with
strong analytical skills, solid comprehension of B/S and I/S and excellent
communication skills. Must have extensive experience with Excel
spreadsheets and MS Office products. Experience with SAP a plus. A
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Business is required.

Comic Artists to work on Women
Wrestler Books
Job Description: I am the leader of a group of individuals that are
creating graphic novels for indie women wrestlers. I am looking for PT/Freelance artists to join our expanding operations.
This is an overview of the project:
1) All parties will receive an equal share of profits: the wrestler,
myself, and the comic team. The comic team, once fully assembled, will receive a cash bonus upon the completion of the book. Commissions from
sales are for as long as the title and merchandise sells.
2) The only character that you won't have any control over is the main
character, as this will be based on the wrestler. Unless something is
negotiated with the wrestler, then they maintain all rights to their
likeness. So, if they want to take their character (wrestling persona) for
other uses, they are free to do so. The comic team can use their art from
the book for promoting their talents, but it cannot be used for any other
project, unless all parties agree to it.
3) The team can take the book however they want, just so long as it
doesn't go against our printer's guidelines (e.g. no showing of extreme
adult situations, overly violent situation, promoting Hate, etc).
4) Majority of the buyers will be fans from the wrestler's site, or at
shows, the wrestler will refer fans to her book, and the URL to purchase
it on our printer's site. All other promotions fall to myself and the
comic team (e.g. posting on comic/wrestling forums, comic cons, etc).
